Privacy policy

We collect the business contact details you give us in order to quote and ship vehicles, and nothing else. We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties except where a shipment makes it necessary.

What we collect

Only what you submit: name, company, work email, destination country, quantity, Incoterm preference and any message you write. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we hold the phone number you message from and the conversation history in that thread.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is by telegraphic transfer or letter of credit, arranged bank to bank, and no banking credential is ever entered on this site.

Why we collect it

To prepare a quotation, issue a proforma invoice, arrange a shipment and support a warranty claim. Where a shipment is placed, the consignee details you give us appear on the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of conformity, because customs authorities require them.

Who we share it with

  • The manufacturer and its logistics providers, where a build slot or shipment requires it.
  • Freight forwarders, shipping lines and pre-export inspection agencies appointed for your consignment.
  • Customs authorities in China and in your destination country, as required by law.

We do not sell contact data, and we do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate when an analytics identifier is configured. It sets cookies in your browser and records page views, referrers and approximate geography. It does not record anything you type into a form. You can block it with any standard browser or extension-level control without affecting how the site works.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are retained for 24 months and then deleted. Order records — invoices, shipping documents and conformity certificates — are retained for the period required by Chinese commercial and tax law, and for the duration of the vehicle warranty, whichever is longer.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests for records tied to a completed shipment are honoured to the extent that commercial and customs record retention law allows.
