Pricing

No prices are published on this site. Pricing is issued on a proforma invoice against a confirmed specification, destination, Incoterm and quantity, and is valid only for the period stated on that document. Currency fluctuation, raw material cost, freight rates and manufacturer price revisions all move the number, which is why a quotation is dated and a published list would not be.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. A binding contract of sale is formed by a signed proforma invoice.

Specifications

Technical data on this site is transcribed from the manufacturer's published export specification sheets and is believed accurate at the date shown. The manufacturer may change specification, equipment or colour availability without notice, and we are not liable for such changes. The specification that governs a sale is the one written on the proforma invoice.

Range figures for the electric models are quoted on the WLTP cycle and are a laboratory measurement, not a performance guarantee. Real-world range varies with temperature, load, terrain, speed and driving behaviour, and no warranty is given that any particular range will be achieved. Fuel consumption figures for the combustion models are the manufacturer's and are subject to the same limitation.

Orders and payment

• A 30% telegraphic transfer deposit confirms an order and secures a production slot. The 70% balance is due against the copy bill of lading before original documents are released.
• Irrevocable letters of credit at sight are accepted for orders above 10 units through a first-class bank.
• Deposits are non-refundable once a build slot has been allocated, because production is to order and the vehicles are not held stock.
• We do not ship on open account or against documents-against-acceptance.

Delivery and Incoterms

All sales are on Incoterms 2020 terms, normally FOB China or CIF a named destination port. Risk transfers to the buyer when the vehicle is on board in both cases. Lead times are estimates given in good faith against the build slot current at the time of quotation; they are not conditions of the contract, and we are not liable for consequential loss arising from delay in production, inspection, vessel schedule or port congestion.

Import compliance

The buyer is responsible for confirming that the vehicle may lawfully be imported and registered in the destination country, including steering configuration, vehicle age rules, emissions and safety standards and any electric-vehicle-specific requirement. We arrange pre-export conformity certification on request, but we do not warrant the outcome of a destination customs or registration decision.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km on the vehicle, and on the battery-electric models a further 8 years or 200,000 km on the traction battery, whichever occurs first, applies according to the manufacturer's terms. Export warranty is administered through the importer: we supply parts and technical claim support, and the importing dealer performs the work. Warranty is void on a unit sold outside the destination named on the proforma invoice, on a unit serviced outside the approved schedule, and on damage caused by misuse, accident, unapproved modification or operation beyond rated limits including wading depth and towing capacity.

Independence

EVtoU is an independent exporter. We are not an agent of, distributor for, nor otherwise affiliated with SAIC MAXUS Automotive Co., Ltd. Model names, trademarks and specifications are the property of the manufacturer and are used here for identification only.

Limitation of liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contract, demurrage, storage or downtime, however arising.
