MAXUS Dana M1 Electric Van 2026

Dana M1 is built for ride-hailing and corporate shuttle operators who need a nine-seat electric van that fits inside urban car parks. At 1,960 mm the low-roof body clears the 2.2 m height barriers that exclude most large vans, while the high-roof option at 2,180 mm trades that for standing room. The 83 kWh CATL Tianxing pack gives 540 km CLTC at 14.9 kWh/100 km, and 750 mm of seat pitch with a 485 mm aisle puts it closer to an MPV than a converted panel van. SAIC MAXUS warrants the battery to 800,000 km.

M1 or M2 category depending on the seat count declared at approval, which in several markets changes both the inspection regime and the duty rate. The nine-seat configuration is usually the more favourable of the two — confirm before ordering.
