MAXUS Interstellar L 2026

Interstellar L is the long-bed workhorse of the SAIC MAXUS pickup range, pairing the π 2.0T diesel and a ZF 8-speed automatic with a 3,480 mm wheelbase and an 1,800 mm flat-floor load bay of 1.44 m³. The off-road grade adds a smoked exterior kit, raised suspension, a carbon-steel roll bar and 265/60 R18 all-terrain tyres over 230 mm of ground clearance. SAIC MAXUS is the only manufacturer painting the ladder frame in body colour, and the progressive-rate leaf spring carries a rated payload the OEM puts 40% above class. It is the established right-hand-drive platform in the range.

N1 category diesel and the most widely homologated platform in this catalogue, including factory right-hand drive. That makes it the lowest-risk first order into a market with no existing MAXUS presence.

Available in factory right-hand drive. This platform already supplies RHD markets, so RHD build slots are more frequent than on the newer Interstellar X.
